Barvida is a healthy plant-based lifestyle brand/juice bar concept in Darien, Connecticut. Barvida serves a comprehensive menu of 100% organic plant-based juices, smoothies, wellness shots, healthy elixirs, smoothie and acai bowls, toasts, wraps, salad, buddha bowls, and healthy snacks and desserts. They also offer cleanse and detox programs, and position themselves as a high-quality premium brand that aspires to be the next ‘Nike’ of health and conscious consumption.

BARVIDA

We worked with Barvida in a full-service capacity including defining and designing their branding, working through their budget, providing internal admin documents and their equipment and vendor lists, and creating their entire menu. 

When it came to securing a location, we provided a location analysis and assisted in hiring their architect and contractor. After hiring their staff, we provided an on-site 2-week training program and they are now operational and enjoying high sales in their first month. 

Barvida has been a long-term client that receives ongoing support in website and marketing management.

Virtue Juice Bar is located in Vacaville, California. They were the first juice bar in the nation to offer cold-pressed to order juices. This required a unique kitchen layout and some detailed operational strategies.

They serve organic and locally-sourced produce on their menu, including cold-pressed juices, smoothies, smoothie and acai bowls, toast, coffee, tea, and grab-and-go salads. 

They’re offering cleanse and detox programs to their customers, who range from employees of the many local businesses in the precinct and local health-lovers who were waiting for a healthy juice bar/cafe to finally open in the area.


VIRTUE

Virtue received a full spectrum of support from us in their menu development, admin and operational documents, and equipment list. We also assisted them in their location layout design, as well as provided the company with vendor relationships and also sent one of our trainers out for on-site staff training before they opened. 

Inheritance Juicery is a plant-based juice bar in Oklahoma. They serve organic cold-pressed juices and also offer juice cleanse and detox programs. Within their larger menu, they also serve smoothies, acai and smoothie bowls, wellness shots, salads, soups, toast and other meals.

Inheritance Juicery

We were approached by the business owners as they were needing to go through a rebrand to find their new unique identity. We provided Inheritance Juicery with a location analysis and marketing strategy to get their new business off-the-ground.


The Raw Squeeze is a juice lounge in New Jersey that has enjoyed strong success in their first store that they have since opened a second location. Their succinct menu of juices, smoothies and smoothie bowls allows them to focus their energy on doing these three products with expert execution.

We assisted The Raw Squeeze with designing their custom menu and providing an onsite staff training to get them ready for opening. We also helped to hire new staff and returned to train additional staff further down the line. 

LA Press is an organic cold-pressed juice and coffee bar in Los Angeles, California. The vision for the company was born out of the personal experience of the founder healing from breast cancer through juicing. They serve cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots, acai and smoothie bowls, and a variety of coffee elixirs. This company also offers premium cleanse and detox programs for customers.


LA PRESS

We worked with LA Press with creating their menu and menu costing, as well as their administration and operational documents. We helped the business in hiring their entire staff and provided on-site training to prepare the company for their opening.


Zeleno is a smoothie bar in Washington, DC that serves a variety of superfood smoothies, acai and smoothie bowls, toasts, sandwiches, and coffee elixirs. They leveraged a great location in opening up in an old subway store, which allowed healthy consumers to find them easily and become loyal customers. 

ZELENO

To help this business secure funding, we wrote a business plan for them. We then worked with Zeleno on their brand development, including their logo design. We also created their custom menu with a menu costing breakdown to ensure profitability. They also received a full equipment and vendor list and location design and administrative documents for operations. Lastly, we sent one of our trainers to their location to their location to prepare the staff for their launch.

Be Good Juicerie has opened small juice bars inside of a few local fitness studios in Valparaiso, Indianapolis. They serve organic cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and cleanse programs for delivery or to-go from one of their distribution locations. They are currently partnering with several well established hospitals in the area to bring juices and smoothies to their staff and patients.


BE GOOD JUICERIE

We worked with Be Good Juicerie for a short period of time with developing their business plan, custom juices, wellness shot, and cleanse program menu.


This smoothie bar in Oakland, California is located within the business’s cycling fitness studio. The business is experiencing a successful sales strategy with the concept of offering healthy nourishment before or after the fitness classes. They focus on coffee, smoothies, and smoothie bowls. 


RIDE OAKLAND JUICE

We assisted Ride with creating their admin and operational procedures and documents, as well as putting together their vendor list. We also worked on their custom menu and supported the company with hiring their staff before as well as on-site training before they opened for business.

Green Culture’s initial concept was for a juice bar, but this vision developed over the course of a year-long project into a cafe with a full spectrum of plant-based food items. They serve cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, coffee, smoothies, acai and smoothie bowls, burgers, soups, sandwiches, salads, wraps and more meals and snacks. Their launch was extremely successful, and they have been looking to expand with a second store in the near future.

GREEN CULTURE

We supported this business with their menu creation and costing, production systems and admin documents, and held a comprehensive two-week-long onsite staff training. We also worked on their marketing strategy and brand development, including their logo design.

Gangster Vegan Organics is a unique plant-based juice bar brand that has 3 locations across Maryland and Philadelphia. They serve juices, smoothies, wellness shots, salads and bowls, burgers, desserts, and snacks. Their mission is to raise the awareness of healthy, conscious consumption especially within low-socio economic communities. This business also provides a ‘Feed the Block’ concept to provide the homeless with free plant-based meals and fruits.

Vinny, founder and owner of Gangster Vegan Organics, has had a long standing relationship with Andrew, the founder of Start A Juice Bar. Vinny was personally mentored and assisted by Andrew during the period of operating his first storefront. Eventually, Vinny returned to ask for Andrew’s support in developing a licensing strategy for the expansion of Gangster Vegan Organics.


Sunset Raw is a successful cold-pressed juice bar that has been able to open and operate 2 storefront locations in Maryland. The business provides raw juice cleanse and detox programs, as well as smoothies, wellness shots and acai and smoothie bowls.

So Juicy is a juice & salad bar in Nevada that was founded after the owners were looking for natural, raw products to consume to support the treatment of cancer. Realizing that the community was in need of an establishment that offered this menu, they created it in the hopes that people who are supporting their health and healing can access the nutrition they need to thrive. So Juicy serves cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, wellness shots, muesli, kombucha, salad, soups and tea.
