HOW WE HELPED
We worked with Barvida in a full-service capacity including defining and designing their branding, working through their budget, providing internal admin documents and their equipment and vendor lists, and creating their entire menu. When it came to securing a location, we provided a location analysis and assisted in hiring their architect and contractor. After hiring their staff, we provided an on-site 2-week training program and they are now operational and enjoying high sales in their first month. Barvida has been a long-term client that receives ongoing support in website and marketing management.
